You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date using our online form
The digital services refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Your refund request will be processed immediately. However, it may take up to 7-10 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
If any customer exceeds 10% of the total course progress, or Vocalmeet detects that more than 10% of the total course content has been accessed, or fraudulent activities that shows the customer logged in several times and followed the majority of the course, we preserves the right to refuse the refund.
